Who Is Covered Under My Plan?

Our Personal or Individual Plan really is a whole family plan. It covers you, your spouse or partner, dependents under age 18, and any never-married dependents under the age of 26 living at home. Any dependent child who is mentally or physically disabled and unable to make legally binding decisions is also covered, regardless of age. Any member of your household can speak to an attorney on an unlimited number of personal legal issues and have an unlimited number of contracts, agreements, and documents reviewed under your membership plan. What Is The Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, and, once your membership is cancelled, we will refund any unused portion of your membership fees on a pro-rata basis. Is My Pre-Existing Situation Really Covered?

Your legal subscription plan will cover consultations on most pre-existing situations. If additional attorney support is needed, your membership saves you 25% off your attorney’s hourly rate. There are a few exceptions and exclusions, such as being a member no later than the same day you receive a traffic ticket, for instance, but nearly all pre-existing situations are covered. How Long After I Join Can I Use The Plan?

The short answer: right away. Your plan can be used as soon as your membership application is reviewed and your account is set up. The review process takes 12 to 24 hours (and sometimes less!) from the time you purchase your plan on regular business days.
