How Long After I Join Can I Use The Plan?
The short answer: right away. Your plan can be used as soon as your membership application is reviewed and your account is set up. The review process takes 12 to 24 hours (and sometimes less!) from the time you purchase your plan on regular business days.
Once accepted, you can be in contact with an attorney within 4 business hours or fewer and begin utilizing your plan's benefits and perks, including:
Speaking with your attorney on an unlimited number of legal issues to get legal advice
Your provider attorney can defend you in court and represent you in a variety of other legal proceedings
Your lawyer can write letters, make phone calls, and review documents on your behalf, give you legal advice, and help solve your legal problems
Your attorney can review an unlimited number of documents (up to 15 pages in length each) with no additional or hidden fees
You get an attorney-drafted Standard Will, Living Will, and Power of Attorney with yearly updates. Your lawyer can draft other kinds of documents, too, such as residential loan paperwork, a contract, or a rental agreement.
