Our Small Business legal plans provide small business owners with access to a law firm to help you with legal issues pertaining to your business for just one low, monthly fee, starting at just $49 per month. With your plan, you'll be able to call your law firm for consultation on small business legal matters, including most pre-existing conditions. Your attorney can provide you with legal advice, legal research, and much more for each legal issue you may have.
Legal Consultations Services
With your plan, you'll have access to up to three, designated, 30-minute telephone consultations with your attorney on separate legal matters each year in your state of business. Your attorney will be able to answer your small business legal questions over matters such as taxes, securities, intellectual property, employment, debt collection, and much more.
Your attorney will also be able to send letters and make phone calls on your business' behalf for in-state legal issues, including one follow-up communication if a response if received from a third party. Receive any combination of 10 letters or phone calls annually on separate small business legal issues (limit of 3 per month). Additional communications are available, as well.
Your business' legal documents can be complex or confusing, but your attorney can help. You can submit up to 10 legal documents for review by your attorney each year, up to 15 pages per document for legal review and advice. Your attorney can also send collection letters for the purposes of collecting delinquent debt; your plan includes up to 5 each month with more available if you need them.
If your small business' legal needs are more complex, your membership in our legal subscription plans give you a 25% discount on your attorney's hourly rates.
