Is My Pre-Existing Situation Really Covered?
Your legal subscription plan will cover consultations on most pre-existing situations. If additional attorney support is needed, your membership saves you 25% off your attorney’s hourly rate. There are a few exceptions and exclusions, such as being a member no later than the same day you receive a traffic ticket, for instance, but nearly all pre-existing situations are covered. Here are a few examples:
Suppose you've had an ongoing dispute with your neighbor over easement, placement of a fence, or usage of a driveway. Your legal subscription will cover your issue from the first day you have it, and your attorney can give you advice and write, prepare, and review documents as needed.
Imagine what you would do if your neighbor had a tree trimming service removing a tree on their property and the tree fell on your house. An unforeseen circumstance can turn into a legal nightmare very quickly. With your legal subscription plan, you'll know just what to do.
If a credit reporting agency has reported erroneous information to lenders or others who check credit reports and you've had trouble getting them to correct the information, your lawyer through our legal subscription plan will get you on the road to solving the situation.
You've lost your personal identification and someone is impersonating you? Call your attorney. Cell phone bill amount keeps growing despite having a contract? Contact your lawyer. Did your employer's health care plan suddenly change and you need help understanding the changes? Legal help is right here waiting for you.
Even less common legal situations such as blackmail, extortion, mistaken identity, criminal or civil accusations, hit-and-run accidents, or being named in a lawsuit are all covered by membership to our legal subscription plans.
But you'll find that common, day-to-day issues are taken care of more easily when you have an attorney on your side. Driver's license suspensions, debt collection issues, fender benders, liability, you're harmed while having a service performed (such as a salon or barber) or your property is damaged (such as by a repair shop), or you receive a subpoena or other legal documents. Even injuries sustained by you or a member of your household on public or private property you’re visiting can be made easier to handle with the advice of our experienced network of attorneys. All of these circumstances and so many more are covered when you subscribe to our legal plans. Legal advice is just a phone call away for as little as $29.95 per month.
